The City of Clovis, California issues a Proclamation for International Assistance Dog Week
In the City of Clovis, California the Clovis City Council, has by Proclamation recognized Assistance Dog Week between August 5-11th, 2012.
The goal is to recognize and raise the awareness of the selfless way all types of Assistance Dogs assist individuals with mitigating their disability-related limitations.
Canine Partners For Life, is joining forces with assistance dog partners, organizations, and concerned citizens throughout Clovis, California and America to raise awareness of assistance dogs and observe International Assistance Dog Week.
Edward Crane, who submitted this event, wants to recognize his Assistance Dog, named “Alepo,” who warns him of his seizures and helps him with his balance, every day.
